We ship worldwide from Korea via DHL Express or Korea Post EMS. Handling takes 2–4 business days, and carrier transit is usually 2–7 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 4–11 business days, but customs and local conditions may extend this.

Free shipping applies to orders of USD 100+; otherwise, a flat USD 23 rate applies. Duties, taxes, and fees are not included and must be paid by the recipient.

DHL/EMS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A full street address, phone number, and legal name in English are required.

We accept return or exchange requests for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-defective items (such as preference or color choice) may also be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition; return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
